This tool computes the arithmetic of the OFAC 50% Rule for direct ownership entered by the user. It does not screen any party against the SDN List, evaluate control, or look through trusts / nominees / multi- tier chains. Underlying citations verified against ofac.treasury.gov on 2026-05-12.
